My husband and i have finally weighed all the concerns and complications and have decided that we will try to have just one more child. Both my daughters were premature and I had not only preeclampsia but toxemia as well with both girls. my questions is does anyone know what I could do to lower my risk of having the same complications. I want to give this baby the best start ever. We have a couple months before we begin trying to all and all advice is helpful

That's neat that you're deciding to have another kid although the first two were premature. That takes a lot of courage. We also had a third child after two premature ones. My wife went through bed rest, progesterone shots, and frequent visits to a high-risk specialist. She'd have to give you all the juicy details, because (embarrassingly) I don't know them all. Perhaps someone else can also give some advice. Good luck. Smile
