I did not spend any time on bedrest before either of my preemies were born, but after 4 strict months of bedrest with my third pregnancy (along with other precautions) I delivered a full-term baby.  I'm wondering, did any of you spend time on bedrest, at home or in the hospital, and did it help?

Blessed mommy of a 21w2d angel, a 27w3d preemie toddler, and a 40w2d overdue miracle. I love being a SAH mommy to my adorable girls, I love my husband, and I love life!
