we have an Instagram icon on the blog sidebar (under “CONNECT WITH US”)
and a special tab on our Facebook page.
Both of these link to the #lifeafternicu Instagram feed.
Each week, we want to share one of your Instagram photos or videos
in a post on our Facebook page with the entire Life after NICU community.

If you have an Instagram photo or video you’d like to share, please be sure to tag it with
#lifeafternicu.

We’d love to see how your little ones are getting along, how they’re growing, how they’re progressing,
and how you as a NICU parent are doing, and healing.
Here are current photos & videos from the #lifeafternicu Instagram feed:

So, get tagging!
We can’t wait to see your fun photos and videos!

(Please note – if your Instagram feed is private, we won’t be able to see or share your photos/videos with the group.)

Aimee Sprik About Aimee Sprik

Aimee Sprik (IL) is mother to Connor, born unexpectedly early at 26 weeks, in December 2008, due to an infection. Connor, with his parents, survived a complicated 120-day NICU stay, which changed their lives forever. Since bringing her son finally home, she's felt passionately about volunteering her time and resources to supporting fellow NICU parents, both at the hospital where Connor was born, and by co-founding Life after NICU, an online parent support forum now moderated by Hand to Hold. You can follow Aimee on her personal blog, Sprik Space, or send her an email.
